Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment, using our website, or accessing any content from Qi Rising® Studio, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Qi Rising® Studio is a registered sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), KvK number 96420022, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Services are provided to all clients regardless of location, and Dutch law applies.
Qi Rising® Studio provides integrative and complementary healthcare services, including but not limited to:
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or by direct contact. Payment is due at the time of booking or during your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled upon receipt.
Cancellations & No-Shows: appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend without notice may be charged in full. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal, medical, and medication information; notify us of any health changes that could affect your care; and follow any aftercare or safety instructions provided.
All client data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Dutch implementation of the GDPR (AVG). Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer for detailed information.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, we encourage you to follow our Complaints Procedure. Complaints may be escalated to Quasir and the independent dispute committee Zorggeschil, in compliance with the Wkkgz.
All materials, branding, content, and proprietary treatment approaches associated with Qi Rising® Studio (including QRNow®) are the intellectual property of Qi Rising® Studio, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, unless caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service or package.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on our website along with an updated effective date.
