We’re open to referrals from a wide range of healthcare professionals, including GPs, specialists, physiotherapists, and others. Of course, we are also accessible without a referral.
We are a Rotterdam-based integrative TCM practice and the pioneers of the Qi Rising® Method. Our practice is built on a foundation of understanding and empathy, recognising that each person is unique. Our intake consultations last 90 minutes, ensuring we gather an extensive medical history; follow-up appointments are 60 minutes.
Referring your patients to Qi Rising® Studio means providing them with compassionate care that prioritises their wellbeing and fosters long-term health.
We have a specific interest in supporting those with chronic conditions such as ME/CFS and Long Covid. Nikolaas (the founder of Qi Rising® Studio) has personal experience of ME/CFS that developed following Long Covid, and established the practice to provide support for those living with chronic conditions.
We are currently accepting participants for a practice-based prospective observational study assessing the effectiveness of a combination treatment, consisting of acupuncture and ketogenic nutrition coaching, over a period of 6 months. If you have a patient who would be interested in joining our study, please get in touch and we will share the details directly.
We can offer your patient thoughtful, tailored care: 1hr 30 min intake appointments, 1-hour appointments as standard, QRNow® rapid pain relief included when clinically relevant, telehealth appointments, lifestyle advice and nutritional coaching, comprehensive follow-up reports to referring GPs and specialists (with patient consent), and cross-referral to other practitioners based at Studio Oost West.
Not always. TCM is a medical system as broad as allopathic medicine, with many different treatment options available. Only after a thorough consultation can we assess which treatment modality is best suited to a client’s specific needs.
Our appointment rates are all-inclusive: Comprehensive Intake & Treatment (90 minutes) €120; Treatment & Consultation (60 minutes) €95. QRNow® rapid pain relief is included within these appointments when it’s the right fit; it isn’t a separately booked or priced service.
