Nature of Services

Qi Rising® Studio and its affiliated brand NeuroAlign offer complementary and lifestyle-based health services, including the Qi Rising® Method, meditation guidance, energy healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lifestyle advice, nutritional coaching, and access to diagnostic blood tests via an independent laboratory.

These services are based on traditional, complementary, and holistic health models. Where reference is made to organs or body systems, these are understood within the context of TCM and do not directly correspond to the anatomical or physiological definitions used in conventional (Western) medicine.

Limitations of Services

None of the services provided by Qi Rising® Studio are intended to:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition;
  • Replace medical advice or treatment provided by qualified medical professionals;
  • Serve as a substitute for prescribed medications or ongoing medical care.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing us of:

  • Any known medical conditions or diagnoses,
  • Medications or supplements you are currently taking,
  • Any allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant information that may affect your safety during treatment.

Complementary Therapies

The therapies offered at Qi Rising® Studio are complementary in nature. They are intended to support your health and wellbeing alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care.

We do not claim that our services are suitable for all individuals or conditions, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of services provided.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By accessing our services, you acknowledge and accept:

  • That complementary and integrative therapies carry inherent risks;
  • That results may vary between individuals;
  • That neither Qi Rising® Studio nor its employees or representatives can be held liable for any injury, loss, or adverse effects arising from the use of our services, unless such effects arise from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Reimbursement of Services

Services delivered by Qi Rising® Studio are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurers. Some international insurers may (partially) reimburse the cost of our services, depending on your policy. You remain fully responsible for payment of any fees, regardless of insurer coverage.
