If it becomes clear during your appointment that a different or additional treatment would serve you better, we simply provide it, with no extra charge and no surprise on your invoice.
This means we can always give you the treatment that will genuinely help most, rather than the treatment that fits a smaller price tag. For example, QRNow® isn't a separate paid appointment: if it's the right fit during your visit, we simply include it as part of your appointment.
We don't work with Dutch health insurers and they don't reimburse our care.
Some international health insurers may (partially) reimburse TCM treatments, and many employers are happy to contribute to the cost.
You will receive an invoice after every appointment. We're happy to assist you with requesting reimbursement from your employer.
