Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full appointment fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
We don't work with Dutch health insurers and our care is not reimbursed through the Dutch basic health insurance system. Some international health insurers may partially reimburse TCM treatments. An invoice can be provided upon request.
