Harmony Plan €110/m

Our Harmony Plan offers frequent and accessible guidance and support, helping you weave the wisdom of TCM into the fabric of your daily life.

  • Enjoy up to two virtual TCM sessions each month, allowing for consistent care and timely adjustments to your wellness plan.

    These consultations provide a regular touchpoint for addressing your health concerns and tracking your progress.

  • Receive tailored advice from a TCM expert, designed to harmonise your life, body, and mind.

    We'll work with you to create a personalised plan that integrates TCM principles into your daily life, addressing your unique health needs and goals.

  • Learn how to incorporate TCM wisdom into your daily routine.

Tranquillity Plan €180/m

The Tranquillity Plan includes all features of the Harmony Plan, plus these exclusive benefits:

  • Access our TCM expertise whenever you need it with unlimited virtual consultations (subject to a gentle fair usage policy).

    This comprehensive support ensures continuity in your care and allows for deeper exploration of your health and wellness.

  • Engage in a thorough yearly review of your health journey with an in-depth, 60-minute, virtual session.

    This dedicated time allows us to reflect on your progress, reassess your goals, and refine your personalised wellness strategy for the coming year.

  • Gain valuable insights into your internal health with our annual blood test check-ups, provided through our trusted laboratory partner.

    No GP referral is needed, and the results will be interpreted with the wisdom of TCM in mind, offering a holistic view of your wellbeing.

Telehealth plan appointments last 30 minutes. Minimum durations - harmony plan 6 months, and tranquility plan 12 months.
