Support for Employers: Build a Healthier, More Resilient Workplace

Practical care that prevents burnout, reduces absence, and supports reintegration

At Qi Rising Studio, we help businesses take better care of their people. Whether you want to prevent long-term absence or support someone returning to work after illness, we offer hands-on care designed to ease stress, relieve pain, and improve overall wellbeing.

Our approach is simple and personal. We work with you, your employees, and your company doctor or HR team to create support that fits.

Why early care matters

Stress, chronic pain, and burnout don’t usually appear out of nowhere. They build slowly, often in silence. The good news is that early, skilled intervention can make a big difference.

Under Dutch law, employers are required to provide a safe and healthy work environment (Arbowet) and take active steps to support employees who become unwell (Wet verbetering poortwachter). That includes making reintegration plans, staying in regular contact, and seeking support from professionals where needed.

The longer someone is off work, the more difficult their return can become. But with the right care at the right time, most issues can be addressed before they turn into something bigger.

That’s where we come in.
