Nature of Services

Qi Rising® Studio and its affiliated brand NeuroAlign offer complementary and lifestyle-based health services, including the Qi Rising® Method, meditation guidance, energy healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lifestyle advice, nutritional coaching, and access to diagnostic blood tests via an independent laboratory.

These services are based on traditional, complementary, and holistic health models. Where reference is made to organs or body systems, these are understood within the context of TCM and do not directly correspond to the anatomical or physiological definitions used in conventional (Western) medicine.

Legal Entities and Jurisdiction

Depending on your location, services are provided by one of the following entities:

• For clients located within the Netherlands, services are delivered by Qi Rising® Studio, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 96420022), located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This entity is subject to Dutch law.

• For clients located outside the Netherlands, services are delivered by Integrative Flow International Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15864460). This entity operates under UK law.

Each entity processes personal data and provides services only within its respective jurisdiction. Legal rights, complaints processes, and data protection obligations are governed by the relevant national legislation (including GDPR, the Dutch AVG, and the UK GDPR as applicable).

Limitations of Services

None of the services provided by either Qi Rising® Studio or Integrative Flow International Ltd are intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition;

• Replace medical advice or treatment provided by qualified medical professionals;

• Serve as a substitute for prescribed medications or ongoing medical care.

You must consult with your general practitioner, specialist, or other licensed healthcare provider before beginning or modifying any health, wellness, or nutrition-related program.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing us of:

• Any known medical conditions or diagnoses,

• Medications or supplements you are currently taking,

• Any allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant information that may affect your safety during treatment.

While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, all participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Complementary Therapies

The therapies offered at Qi Rising® Studio are complementary in nature. They are intended to support your health and well-being alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care.

We do not claim that our services are suitable for all individuals or conditions, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of services provided.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By accessing our services, you acknowledge and accept:

• That complementary and integrative therapies carry inherent risks;

• That results may vary between individuals;

• That neither Qi Rising® Studio nor Integrative Flow International Ltd, nor their employees or representatives, can be held liable for any injury, loss, or adverse effects arising from the use of our services, unless such effects arise from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Reimbursement of Services

• Services delivered by Qi Rising® Studio (Netherlands) are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurers.

• Some international insurers may cover (part of) the costs of services provided by Integrative Flow International Ltd.

• You remain fully responsible for payment of any fees, regardless of insurer coverage. All invoices must be paid upon receipt.

If seeking reimbursement, please check with your insurer or employer in advance. Some employers may fund sessions via personal development or wellness budgets.
